AQUA-RESIN® DEMONSTRATION

On Saturday, May 10th there will be an Aqua-Resin® demo at The Compleat Sculptor located at 90 Vandam St., New York, NY from 2-5 pm.

INTRODUCING AQUA-GLASS™ AND AQUA-VEIL™—NOW IN FULL PRODUCTION

For the past year, we have been test-marketing our two latest product additions: Aqua-Glass™ chopped strand fiberglass and Aqua-Veil™ fiberglass surfacing veil.

Both these products have been engineered to be unique to the Aqua-Resin® product line, as they have a specially formulated sizing/binder, which is soluble in Aqua-Resin® mixes. In the case of the Aqua-Glass™, this enables the individual glass fibrils comprising the strand to disperse readily, and among other things, provide an exponentially greater bonding area. Thus, the Aqua-Glass™ offers far more strength in glass-reinforced laminations than would conventional chopped strand or chopped strand mat. For the Aqua-Veil™, our soluble binder enables the veil to easily conform to complex geometries, and meld, almost clay-like into itself, thus lending itself to both foaming-coating, and gel coating operations.

Both Aqua-Glass™ and Aqua-Veil™ are available through any of our distributors.
