Bluebird, a sculpture by Rand Hardy will be installed in the lobby of One Liberty Plaza in Lower Manhattan from September 25th through October 29. Access is daily from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. 165 Broadway New York, NY. The work was commissioned by Arts Brookfield.

Mr. Hardy has been using Aqua-Resin for many of his pieces for the last 18 years. He teaches the Aqua-Resin Intensive Workshops at The Art Students League In NYC.
