INTRODUCTORY KITS

Aqua-Resin is pleased to offer a selection of smaller scale introductory kits. Whether you are just beginning with Aqua-Resin or want to explore new avenues of expression, building on your already established proficiency with Aqua-Resin, you might want to try one of our kits.  

Beginners will very quickly learn the basic features of the Aqua-Resin system with our Aqua-Resin Trial Kit. Makers and Cosplay artists will get a jump start working out their ideas with our Cosplay Trial Kit. With our Aqua-Color Tester Kit any number of artistic disciplines, from painting to scenic art to polychrome sculpture will benefit from these versatile pigment dispersions. The Putty W Kit is great for sculpting, model making and even for producing heavily impastoed paintings. Or, try our Terrazzo/Marbleizing Kit, which has everything you need to create terrazzo-style pieces, decorative items with a marbleized look, and more.

AQUA-RESIN® / PUTTY W™

The classic Aqua-Resin® L and S3 combination can be used for gel-coat, laminating and surface-coat mixes. Our new Putty W™ can also be mixed with L liquid for a variety of uses, from paintable surface coating to clay-like sculpting material.

AQUA-COLOR™

Highly pigmented color dispersions for coloring all Aqua-Resin® mixes.

AQUA-VEIL™ / AQUA-AXIAL-2™

Aqua-Veil™ is a unique surfacing veil with a specially formulated binder system, which allows it to meld into itself and rapidly assume any contour. Used for both foam coating and gel-coats.

Aqua-Axial-2™ is a binderless, stitched, bias constructed fabric which is extraordinarily conformable, very easy to wet out and remarkably strong in any Aqua-Resin application.

Both can be used to strengthen an Aqua-Resin® or Putty W™ mixture.

AQUA-GLASS™

A unique, irritation-free cut glass fiber, engineered with a specially formulated Aqua-Resin® compatible binder.

ANCILLARIES

Use D-XL™ and XLR-8™ to control the speed of the curing process. THX-6™ can be used to thicken and tackify your mixture, and SEPR-8™ is an effective mold release.
